Who: Golfers (Limited to first 180 entrants)
What: A four-person team, Ft. Lauderdale format Golf Tournament, using average team handicaps.  (Maximum 30 Handicap)
When: Monday, April 9, 2012, 8:00 A.M:  Registration, Continental Breakfast and Range Balls.  9:00 A.M:  Shotgun Start.  Lunch and awards presentation following golf.  (In case of a rainout, the event will be rescheduled and announced as soon as possible.)

How: Click the  "Register to Play" tab above and complete the on line Registration form or click the "Download Tournament Application", print it and follow the directions on the form.  Arrange your own foursome or we will place you on a team.
Entry Fee: $125.00 per person.  Requested As Soon As Possible, the cutoff is April 2.
Optional Package $20.00 per person when included with Entry Fee.  Includes 4 mulligans and 1 putting contest entry.
Prizes: Trophies and prizes will be awarded for Low Gross (1st) and Low Net (1st, 2nd & 3rd) teams.  A prize will be awarded for Hole-In-One (Minimum Value $10,000 to first
Hole-In-One), Longest Drive (Men & Women) and Closest to the Pin on designated holes.  A Putting Contest will be held on the practice green.  Drawing for Door prizes.

[Note: Mulligans cannot be used on the Hole-In-One Holes or any other prize shots. 
Golf Professionals are not eligible for Hole-In-One prizes.]
