complete the on line Registration form or click the "Download
Tournament Application", print it and follow the directions on the
form. Arrange your own foursome or we
will place you on a team. |

$125.00 per person. Requested As Soon As
Possible, the cutoff is April 2. |

$20.00 per person when included with Entry Fee.
Includes 4 mulligans and 1
putting contest entry. |
| Prizes: |
Trophies and prizes will be awarded for Low Gross (1st)
and Low Net (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
teams. A prize will be awarded for Hole-In-One
(Minimum Value $10,000 to first
Hole-In-One), Longest Drive (Men & Women) and Closest to the
Pin on designated holes. A Putting Contest will be
held on the practice green. Drawing for Door prizes.
[Note: Mulligans cannot be used on the Hole-In-One Holes or
any other prize shots.
Golf Professionals are not eligible for Hole-In-One prizes.] |
